Joint Manipulation
The manipulation of the spinal and extremity joints increases fluid distribution throughout the joint surfaces, lubricating the joints and relieving pain. Chiropractic manipulation is one of the safest and most effective ways to improve and maintain joint health.
Active Release Technique/
Soft Tissue Therapy
Soft Tissue Therapy is performed on tight and tender muscles to decrease pain and increase the body's range of motion. We provide soft tissue therapy by utilizing our hands and soft tissue tools. As patients recover, we modify our treatment plan to cater therapy to the patient's state of progress.
What is Active Release Techniques®(ART) to Individuals, Athletes, and Patients?
ART® is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART. These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused muscles.
Kinetic Taping
Kinetic taping is incorporated throughout treatment plans. We utilize this therapy to decrease swelling, correct movement patterns, and improve posture.
Dry Needling (MD Chiro License ONLY)
Myofascial trigger point dry needling (MFTrPDN) is a treatment to restore proper function to abnormally behaving muscles. Nodules, or knots, and tight bands that develop in the muscle create localized pain or send pain signals to other locations. The affected muscles become locked and cannot function normally, which restricts movement and causes chronic pain.

Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is a form of alternative healing used to decrease pain and inflammation, while increasing blood flow to damaged tissues.
Therapeutic Exercises
Therapeutic Exercises are performed to restore range of motion, flexibility, stability, strength, and endurance. We incorporate therapeutic exercises along with joint manipulation to accelerate recovery and increase functionality
Injury Prevention
From your initial visit through discharge, we stress injury prevention. We never want to change the things you do, we simply like to provide alternatives during the recovery process to help our patients heal faster. We incorporate various exercises to stabilize muscles during and after treatment to not only help you heal, but to make you stronger than before.
Player Development
We collaborate with various sport-specific trainers to develop therapy programs for amateur and professional athletes. We offer preseason, in-season, and off-season therapy plans to prevent injuries and develop an intricate understanding of biomechanics. Particularly for baseball players, we develop position-specific throwing programs which allow players to recover from the stress of the season while, at the same time, getting stronger for the season ahead.
